Please read these terms carefully. By accessing Coinza, you agree to the decentralized protocols and operating standards outlined below.
Coinza is a decentralized infrastructure provider. We facilitate access to blockchain protocols but do not act as a custodian, broker, or financial intermediary for user assets.
Users are solely responsible for managing their private keys and wallet security. Coinza cannot recover lost funds, reset passwords, or reverse on-chain transactions.
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this platform. You agree to comply with all local digital asset regulations.
Our infrastructure may not be used for illicit activities, money laundering, or any actions that violate international sanctions.
Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions require gas fees (Energy/Bandwidth) which are paid to the network, not Coinza.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for losses caused by network congestion or blockchain-level forks.
COINZA PROVIDES ITS SERVICES ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
In no event shall Coinza or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our flash system or smart contract interactions.
