Once a digital asset transfer is initiated on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded. This is a technical limitation of decentralized ledgers.

User Accuracy

Users are responsible for verifying destination addresses and amounts before confirming. Coinza is not liable for assets sent to incorrect or incompatible wallet addresses.

Refund Eligibility & Exceptions

On-Chain Failure

If a system-side smart contract error occurs that prevents service delivery, a technical review will be conducted to resolve the discrepancy.

Gas Fees

Network energy and bandwidth costs (gas fees) are consumed by the TRON network and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Service Credits

In rare cases of platform downtime, Coinza may, at its sole discretion, issue service credits to affected user accounts.
